This kitchen started as a 90’s dark kitchen that no longer reflected how our clients lived day to day. Through thoughtful planning and custom design, we transformed it into a kitchen tailored to their routines, priorities, and style.

A kitchen designed to feel effortless, clean lines, thoughtful storage, and a layout that makes everyday living feel easier.

This space was designed with simplicity and function at the forefront: warm neutral finishes, integrated storage, layered textures, and a timeless palette that keeps the kitchen feeling bright, calm, and welcoming. Contemporary in style, but still warm and livable.

I love how quietly everything works together here; thoughtful details, practical layout choices, and finishes that will stand the test of time. A reminder that beautiful spaces should support everyday living just as much as they inspire it. 🤍

What was once a standard builder bathroom is now a tailored, custom retreat designed around how our clients truly live.

Warm oak cabinetry. Integrated storage. Matte black plumbing. Soft architectural lighting.

Every detail was considered. From millwork proportions to hardware scale to the placement of each fixture, nothing was selected casually.

Introducing: Small Space, Big Intention
Part Two, The Main Bath.

Continuing this two part renovation, the main bathroom carries the same material story with a softer, more serene presence.

We were not able to move any walls or plumbing, so the layout remained exactly as it was. Instead of altering the footprint, we elevated the experience. The existing tub was converted into a shower, creating a more functional and refined daily routine for our clients.

Warm oak cabinetry and quartz surfaces keep the space feeling cohesive and timeless. A two drawer vanity provides streamlined, practical storage without visual heaviness. And then, the moment that quietly anchors the room, a full jade tiled shower that brings depth, calm, and just enough personality.

Everything else remains neutral, allowing the shower to feel intentional rather than overpowering.

This is what thoughtful renovation looks like. Not always bigger. Not always louder. Just carefully considered decisions that transform how a space feels and functions without needing to start from scratch.
