The one that got away that's haunting me still!

We can't be everywhere at once. I sure needed Erin with me in Sylacauga last week. While I was pulling stuff out of a closet, I missed this. Can you see the size of it? It's beautiful even with the damage. I think that's part of its charm. I don't know where I'd have put it, but it would have lived at my house somewhere. Although, if Erin had been with me and spotted it first, it probably would be living at her house.

I didn't recognize the buyer. I only saw her from behind. If you're on here, introduce yourself! You have great taste! And I'm not gonna try to get you to sell it to me. 😄

(I blurred out the price in case the buyer is going to sell it. She might not appreciate me advertising how much she paid.)

I'm waiting for an estate sale to start at 2:00. I believe I am number three maybe four. Because, you know, we need more stuff. 🫤 But I haven't done a sales update lately. We had our first no sale day in I can't remember how long, 2 days ago. Yesterday we sold an Auburn reindeer ornament. Where are the shoppers?!

The booths are finally getting ready for Christmas with wreaths made from vintage ornaments, and vintage decorations.

I found this sweet little vintage Santa sitting in the cardboard sleigh with all the little toys arranged around him at an estate sale. The previous owner had put all this together. They weren't original.

I know that if I put him in the booth like this everything will get moved around l, messed with, or even lost.

Would you wrap him up and I gift bag, sell everything separately, or just keep him and add him to the collection?

Have you ever gone into a closet at an estate sale that was so good you couldn't escape? I was the first one to shop this closet and just kept finding things.

But the shocker at the end! 😲 Spoiler: I did not buy it.
