High Protein Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Rolls | 65g Protein
65g protein in CHEESY rolls that taste like a cheat meal - you will not believe these are high protein!

FULL RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 large high-protein tortillas / flatbreads
- 1 cup low-fat alfredo sauce
- 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (for extra protein)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200C / 400F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Mix shredded chicken, alfredo sauce, cottage cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla, sprinkle mozzarella, and roll tightly.
4. Place rolls seam-side down in the baking dish. Spoon extra alfredo on top, sprinkle parmesan.
5. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Cooking time: 30 minutes total. Serves: 4 rolls (1 serving = 2 rolls, ~65g protein).

Storage / Meal prep tip: Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in oven at 180C for 8 minutes to keep them crispy. Perfect weekly meal prep.
