Honey Garlic Glazed Mushrooms
Transform your mushrooms into a mouthwatering side dish with our Honey Garlic Glazed Mushrooms. These tender mushrooms are coated in a delightful blend of sweet honey, aromatic garlic, and tangy balsamic vinegar. Perfect for a savory addition to any meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic until well combined.
3. Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss until they are thoroughly coated in the glaze.
4. Spread the mushrooms in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and the glaze is slightly caramelized.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
