In a galaxy far far away I received this heirloom piece a while ago. The glass is very old and hard to match up. There was no border. The outlined Solder had separated from the glass (no boarder or frame) and as hanging off. Most of the remaining glass was cracked through and after much to do and I was able to locate a suitable substitute bumpy, proper color glass. It was best suited for the original heirloom and I was able to put it back together and structured It with acid clear glass and a zinc frame to complete it… I added a groovy little black chain to hang it…. It may not seem like a hard piece to make, but it is a family heirloom and the owner is very happy. That’s about all we can do right…. PEACE OUT N ROCK ON MY HUMANS … back in action !!!! 😎 tune in for updated …. Back to the lighthouse project !!
