If you saw our post on May 14th, or our Vendor Feature post this morning on Market View Events page then you read about a very special sign we created for the daughter of a friend of ours, who got married this past weekend! 💚

After delivering the sign a couple weeks ago we got a text a little later saying her daughter loved the sign so much they scrapped the original head table decor plans to have our sign front and center. 🥹(I'm not crying...)

A little extra thing we did is left the back as a solid honey stain. That way parents & grandparents could write a personal message to the couple and make it an extra special keepsake.

Congratulations to the Bride & Groom, we hope your day was extra special, filled with lots of love, and memories. Thank you for honoring us with a spot at your head table. ❤️

💪The Prep Grind! 💪

This past week has been dedicated to our DIY kits! Painting & Staining the boards. Getting the kit bags labeled, and wrapping the bobbins!

This weekend we took some time to enjoy the awesome weather at the lake,🏖 but also spent some time wrapping more bobbins!! This about HALF of the bobbins we have ready to go in kits! 😵‍💫 Would you just look at all the pretty colors?!

The next couple weeks will be finalizing kits & wrapping a few more designs to get ready for our first show!! 👊👏

✨2026 Vendor Show Intro✨

We are 2 weeks away from our first vendor show of the season and I thought we should introduce ourselves again for all the new visitors!

We are Jessi & Nate, and we own A String of Beauty. 🫶

What started as a unique gift option for Jessi to give friends & family has slowly built over the years to what A String of Beauty is today! After a soft launch in 2025 we have gone full blast into the vendor show markets & we love being able to make that connection with people.

Even though our business is still in the beginning stages we can't wait to grow and continue to show our skills! Nate is the master craftsman & creates all our staggered wood backs. Jessi is the stringing queen of the business & does a lot of the staining, and all the string wrapping.

Each of our pieces are strung by hand. The only machines that are used are our nail/staple gun & sander to create the backs & a computer/printer to size & print the designs. We take it from there finding string that is close in color & placing each nail to let the most detail show.

We can't wait to see you this year at our various shows. Keep checking our page for show announcements! 💙

When you go to refill your stock of your most popular colors & see the price went up🤑...you search for the one's that haven't been price increased yet & stock up on other colors & even some new ones! 🥰🥰

The small increase on prices of string will not effect our prices! ❤️

🤔What's in your purse??

If you've seen me at vendor shows you 've seen my green purse! It doesn't carry money, or my phone, or keys like a normal purse though. It's usually stuffed with string, bobbins, scissors, a notebook, price tags, and a pen or two! It has officially started coming to work with me so I can wrap some bobbins for DIY kits on my lunch break!!

📣JUNE VENDOR SHOW SCHEDULE📣

It's so hard to believe it's already June & it's time for Vendor Show season to start!
I will be at 2 vendor shows this month with all my String Art pieces!✨ Come out, say hi, place an order, ask questions, or just watch me work! I've been told it's pretty soothing to watch! 👀

Remember we'll have our DIY kits launching too! Easy activities for kids 5+ (adult assistance may be required to pound in nails). Kits come with everything except a hammer!
