There’s nothing quite like the smell of a hot oven running again. 👩‍🍳✨

Taking a break was nice, but getting back to baking what you all love is even better. And what better way to kick things back off than with the flavor everyone can’t stop talking about?

After a little time away, I knew I couldn’t come back with just any batch. I had to bring back the absolute favorite that’s been taking over bakery cases and menus everywhere across the US.

If you’ve been craving that rich, vanilla-nutty sweetness of real ube halaya, your wait is officially over. Our soft-baked Ube Halaya Cookies are fresh out of the oven—complete with real purple yam jam swirled right into the dough and melted white chocolate chunks in every bite.

I’ve missed baking for you all! First batch is ready and waiting. 💜

It’s the sound of a metal spoon scraping the bottom of a Llanera container, the sweet smell of halaya simmering on the stove for hours during special occasions, and the absolute chaos of trying to get the first scoop. It’s so wild seeing ube take over the world now, but to us? It’s always tasted like home. ♥️

A ribbon or basketweave tip (such as a #47 or #48). These tips have one smooth side and one serrated/ridged side, allowing you to create that woven texture.

For the pink flowers on top: A Russian piping tip (specifically a tulip style) or a drop flower tip (like a or ). These allow you to form a whole flower bud in one single, satisfying squeeze.
