Since I’m already baking this week for an order, I figured I’d open it up for anyone who might like some fresh sourdough goodies too. 🤍

This coming Thursday, June 11, I’ll have:
🥯 Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Sourdough Bagels
🥯 Everything Sourdough Bagels
🫐🍋 Blueberry Lemon Sourdough Scones

Porch pickup will be at 12 PM.

Before and after! 🥨

Just so you know, you can choose to have your pretzels unsalted if you won’t be eating them right away. The salt can melt into the pretzels a bit over time (they’re still just as tasty!).

What I like to do is provide a small cup of pretzel salt. When you’re ready to enjoy them, simply brush the pretzels with a little melted butter (or lightly spritz with water), sprinkle on the salt, and warm them in a 350°F oven for a few minutes. 😊

This keeps the salt looking fresh and crunchy until you’re ready to eat them. 🥨
