7 simple treat recipes for gluten and dairy sensitive bellies: If you have a gluten or dairy allergy, I would like to share some ingredients and simple recipes that will help you or your little ones enjoy treats again. These recipes will be helpful in letting sensitive bellies enjoy Holiday, birthday parties, and school event treats again. Enjoy Life is a brand of chocolates that I have found to be allergy sensitive, containing few ingredients, and delicious. My little chocolate loving granddaughter has recently been diagnosed as lactose intolerant. This got me looking for ways that she can still enjoy tasty treats. Studies show that as many as 75% of people are lactose intolerant. Some of the lactose intolerances stem from gluten, so it doesn't appear to be uncommon for people with gluten intolerance to also be lactose intolerant. If you have loved ones who are gluten and dairy intolerant, please share. I will be adding additional videos as I have learned to make cakes, creamy soups, dumplings, and other recipes without gluten and dairy.
