[PRICES]: Prices vary based on quality and amount of flowers/decoration used for each arrangement. Prices may change due to rising cost in supplies.
[PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEP
TED]: Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Cash (upon delivery or pick up BUT this must be within 24 hours of order only) If you need to use PayPal, there will be an extra fee of $3.00, that is what they charge ME to use their service. I prefer not to use them. Also, with Venmo-please do NOT select "payment for goods or services" as this also adds an extra fee. (It's a percentage of the total-I will have to charge that if selected)
[I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS]: I apologize for any inconvenience. What happens to my pieces after they leave me I cannot be responsible for. I can only hope for your understanding.
[HOLDS]: I can hold an item with payment only. I have other customers that message me about the same items and I would like to fairly be able to offer it to them as well. I WILL ONLY HOLD ITEMS FOR 24 HOURS. I do not have the storage to hold things. Please make arrangements to pick up within 24 hours.
[EXTRA FEES]: -- PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT TIME OF PURCHASE--There will be an extra fee of *($5.00)* added to the total cost of any purchase if a message is received from you stating you want to purchase an item and payment is not received at that time. (For example: Customer wants item, messages me, discusses payment, customer says they are sending it then-but I do not hear from them for many hours or until the next day)
When we go to stores, we do not tell the cashier we want to purchase something but leave with it and not pay. I am pulling something from my pages and from the local business where my items are sold for you. This fee doesn't even cover a fraction of the cost of the sale I could have lost on the back end if you do not pay. So I do not think this is unreasonable. I will do anything for my customers. Most of you know this already. Please just be straight with me, it get's everyone a lot further. I will work with you-things come up. Just please be respectful and talk to me.
[DELIVERY OPTION]: I will deliver items to you, no problem! **FEE LIST TO BE ANNOUNCED**
[SHIPPING RATES]: are based on size of package, weight and where it's being shipped to. I'm sorry, I do not have flat rate shipping due to different size/weights of my pieces. Each package is shipped "Priority", $100 of insurance is included.
[PLEASE REMEMBER]: my items are handmade. They are not mass produced. You may find small imperfections. That is what makes them unique. I am a perfectionist though and will not knowingly sell you a piece that is damaged or cosmetically undesirable. Not all pieces will look exactly like the photos! When they get to you, some "fluffing" may be necessary! I work VERY HARD on my photos to make them just right. Shipping, traveling- causes movement. Fluff.
*PREVIOUSLY CREATED JARS: I am not always able to recreate previously posted jars, unfortunately. The stores carry certain types/colors of flowers during different seasons. I have SO MANY flowers (some would think it's crazy!) but not enough to re-do all of my previous arrangements. Tissue jars are different, I can either reprint or reorder the designs easily.
[CUSTOM ORDERS]: I absolutely love doing custom orders! Bringing your vision to life makes me so happy! There is a lot involved with custom work. A lot of time (and shopping) involved. New this year, will be a custom order fee of $5.00 (will discuss for larger orders, this amount will increase). Also, custom orders MUST be paid for up front. If a shipping charge is applicable, this will be charged separately before item is shipped. Placing a custom order is the same as making a purchase, you are just not receiving the item until it is completed. I assure you, I will communicate with you throughout the process to make sure you are happy with it before completion.
[LARGE ORDERS/EVENTS]: I am happy to help with parties, showers, weddings etc. Pricing will be discussed on a case by case basis. Payment expected at time of order.
[TISSUE JAR DESIGNS]: if there is a theme or design you are looking for, message me! I can find it! I will send you different images to choose from until we find one you love!
[EXTRA]: So everyone knows, I work full time. I may not be available to answer messages immediately, but I will as soon as I am able. I promise. I am also a wife and mother- and like to keep a clean home! So I have to balance my time accordingly! I can only hope for your understanding. This is a small business, I do this because I enjoy it. I am not in this to be a millionaire! :)
