As they are handmade items, no two will ever be exactly alike. All tumblers are made with care and attention to detail. As they are handmade items, small imperfections may be present. While these epoxy-free tumblers are very durable, they are not indestructible and should be handled with care. For best results, please HAND WASH ONLY and DRY IMMEDIATELY. Do not drop, soak, put in dishwasher, microwave or freezer. We can tell if the product has been mishandled and refunds will not be given due to not following care instructions written here.
