We are currently hiring for a part-time Store Associate position. You will be responsible for handling walk-in traffic, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, managing inventory/work orders, and keeping the store organized and clean.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and identify customer needs (over the phone and in person).
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Manage inventory to ensure timely installation.
- Collect customer payments.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Keep store clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to easily build rapport with customers.
- Some interior design training or interest is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
