90-Day Policy

We offer a 90-day Replacement Policy for all items. Should your BARSOL stop working within this period, shoot us an email at [email protected] and we can setup your replacement. Returns

All returns are offered in the form of store credit. All returned items must be in their original condition (including original packaging). You have three (3) days to notify the Company of

any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase otherwise the Company cannot be held responsible for these issues. We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse a return of any item that does not meet the above requirements. Should we need to contact you regarding your purchase and should you have provided us with your phone number or email address as your contact information, you authorize us to contact you at that number or email address regarding your purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. Kindly send an e-mail to [email protected] with your return request. Please note the order number and what item you are returning. We will provide the address for return once your request is received. Once we receive your return, we will issue your store credit.
