I've been reading, I've been writing, I've been meditating.

I've been spending a lot of time inside my head, mostly with self-reflecting prompts and creating many mind maps of ideas.

I think I've been searching for peace. For stillness. For inner guidance. For calmness from all the change happening around. Trying to reframe situations and find peace with it all.

I hope to share of more of my organized thoughts and ideas with you all soon, but in the meantime, I want to send you some loving and calm thoughts.
