This quick chicken pot pie was perfect for a Monday evening. [Inspired by ]
2 cans of canned chicken, drained
1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of grated cheese
1 can of biscuits (small not grand or you'll need to cook longer)
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Add 1-2 tsps of seasoning salt (we suggest Baby J's). Cut the biscuits into 4 pieces and fold into the biscuits. Spread into a casserole dish and bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes. Serve with rice.
