Due to new opportunities for our family, we are adjusting our shop hours to better fit our schedules. We are incredibly thankful for your continued support and appreciate your understanding as we make this transition. ❤️

Tuesday — 8 AM–3 PM
Wednesday — 8 AM–3 PM
Thursday — 8 AM–6 PM

With our updated hours, we ask that you please plan ahead when placing custom orders.

⏰ ORDER TURNAROUND & POLICIES

• Orders requested with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a rush fee.
• Large orders require a minimum of 10 business days for completion.
• Images or designs provided from outside sources must be print-ready. If editing, cleanup, formatting, or design work is needed, an editing/design fee will apply.
• Payment is required in full upfront for all orders.
• Turnaround times are based on our business days and operating hours, so please place time-sensitive orders early.

We love creating personalized items for you and want to continue providing quality work without rushing the process. These changes will help us balance our family, other opportunities, and the businesses we love.

We are still accepting Cash App for business payments, but there is an important change in how payments need to be made.

Going forward, please DO NOT send payments directly to our Cash App account.

Instead, we will send you a Cash App Pay link for each individual transaction. This allows your payment to be properly connected to the specific business and transaction it belongs to and helps us keep our business records and payments organized correctly.

📲 How it will work:
When payment is due, we will reach out to you with the appropriate payment information/link. Simply use the Cash App Pay link we provide to complete your payment.

🚫 Please do not search for our Cash App or send money directly to a previously used Cash App account.
