I’ve always loved a quick roll on bottle to benefit from the qualities of various essentials oils for my car, purse or office. Leaving them in places where I might need a lil extra help to get through the long days or anxious moments.

👯‍♀️This co-facilited workshop hosted by Healing with Jada and Lil’ Lights Candle Co. is designed to ignite your senses with custom essential oil blends, breath work techniques and meditation.

We will be focusing on the importance of slowing down the breath, using breath to work through emotions and how to incorporate essential oils in aromatherapy healing. The goal of this workshop is to slow down, honor ourselves and focus in on this vital life source.
