When I look back at where ProTech Audio & Video started, I'm reminded that building a company is less about having the perfect plan and more about being willing to keep moving forward.
I started ProTech in 2019 as a hobby, with a few tools, and had no clue what I was doing.
Over the years, the relationships we’ve built with our clients have shaped the vision for ProTech. We’ve come to realize that our purpose is to help people integrate technology into their spaces in a way that complements the design. Technology shouldn’t dominate a room—it should quietly enhance how people live, work, and interact within it.
There were slow periods.
There were projects that tested us.
And there were plenty of decisions where I had to trust my experience and figure things out along the way.
We made those decisions.
We kept moving.
And we kept raising the standard.
Today, ProTech has:
Over 300 residential and commercial projects completed
7 years serving the Greater Philadelphia and the surrounding area
3 team members
But the numbers only tell part of the story.
What I'm most proud of is the trust behind every project.
A homeowner trusting us with the technology throughout their home.
A business trusting us to design and integrate the systems they depend on.
Those are the projects that matter.
Because premium technology isn't simply about having the latest equipment.
It's about understanding the space.
Choosing the right products.
Designing everything to work together, while ensuring it truly complements the space.
Getting the installation right.
And making sure the experience continues long after the equipment is installed.
That's what we've built ProTech around.
After 7 years, one thing has become clear to me:
The technology changes. The standard doesn't.
We will always believe in doing the job right, paying attention to the details, and making the technology feel like it belongs.
