ACCORDION POTATOES 🀀 INGREDIENTS: β–ͺ️ Potatoes β–ͺ️ 1 tbsp cornstarch β–ͺ️ 1 tbsp paprika β–ͺ️ 1 tsp salt and pepper β–ͺ️ Olive oil ⏳ Time 20 minutes 🌑 Temp 200Β°C 400Β°F Air Fryer STEPS: 1️⃣ Cut the potatoes into medium chunks. 2️⃣ Place chopsticks on each side and make thin vertical cuts without slicing all the way through. 3️⃣ Flip the potato and cut diagonally to create the accordion effect. 4️⃣ Soak the potatoes in cold salted water for a few minutes, then drain and pat dry. 5️⃣ Coat with cornstarch, paprika, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. 6️⃣ Cook in the air fryer at 200Β°C 400Β°F for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.

This lazy meal is ready in under 15 minutes!πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ Ingredients: ✨ For the kofta mix: β€’ 700gr Ground beef β€’ 1 Onion (chopped) β€’ Fresh parsley β€’ Salt β€’ 1 tsp Black pepper β€’ 2 tbsp Paprika For the tzatziki sauce: β€’ Greek yogurt β€’ Grated cucumber β€’ Dill β€’ Lemon juice β€’ Garlic powder β€’ Salt For the spicy sauce: β€’ Harissa β€’ Sriracha β€’ Water For the salad: β€’ Red onion β€’ Sumac β€’ Fresh parsley Others: β€’ Lebanese flatbread β€’ Pickles β€’ Olive oil Instructions: ➊ In a blender or food processor, mix the ground beef, onion, parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined. βž‹ Cut the Lebanese flatbread in half and open it.
