A rose bush is beautiful, but not perfect. It’s delicate, visually vibrant, intensely fragrant, with painful thorns.

Such is friendship, such is love. Precious and rare, but petals fall. Still worthy of watering with kindness. No effort too great to mend, no misunderstanding too burdensome to forgive.

The rose bush grows irregularly, pruned of spoil, but producing blossoms still immaculately stunning. Such is friendship, such is love. ❤️

Coming back from Moderism week in Palm Springs with Sedona. We had a great time seeing all of the mid-century modern homes, hearing about Frank Sinetra and the Rat Pack, eating great food and enjoying the weather. We visited the new Disney-inspired community of Cotino which is going to be fabulous. We had a memorable weekend. Thanks, Sedona. It is great having interior designer in the fam.
