This week I received unexpected and sad news that Close To My Heart is closing their doors after 40 years.

It took a few days to process the news and the change it will make in my life. Our move to South Carolina was a big change and now this?
I have been with CTMH for 30+ years, selling and creating with some of THE best products in the paper-crafting industry. I am full of gratitude and so thankful for the skills, knowledge and lifetime friends gained over the years. No doubt I will miss wearing the badge of Close To My Heart Maker.
To founder Jeanette Lynton and all the folks at the home office, your long standing dedicated hard work is felt and seen.
To my upline/mentor amigos of whose shared love for paper, ink, brush and design has brought so much happy to me and so many at our events. What a blast!
So, what’s next? Not all the way sure yet but you can bet that I’ll still be creating beautiful layouts and cards is some shape or form. Stay tuned.
