✨ My last flip before the snow started flying! ❄️

These little tables got a full refresh—sanded, stained, and painted—and I love how clean and modern they look now. Such a satisfying before + after to wrap up the season!

I’ll likely pause outdoor refinishing until spring, but I’m already dreaming up next year’s projects. 🌿

I was vacationing this summer in South Carolina, and I couldn't help but notice all of the rocking chairs on almost all porches. It's something I've noticed in the past while in the south, but this time, it struck a cord, and I wanted one on my porch in Minnesota. There's something so peaceful and inviting about them ☺️

They aren't as easy to find up here in the north, so I wasn't searching very hard - I was just waiting for the right chair to pop up.

Well, I found it last weekend while thrifting! $25 at the Habitat For Humanity Restore. It was love at first sight and I knew it was coming home with me! 😊

I have some plans to make it my own, but it fits just perfectly on my little porch, and it's exactly what I wanted and it gives me southern feeling all the way up north here!

Do you ever have those moments where you randomly find exactly what you've been looking for, and isn't it exciting?! 😍

Here it is! The finished product! ❤️ This old beauty came in tired and worn, but left looking fresh and full of life again!

I love giving pieces like this a second chance—it’s amazing what a little refinishing can do. 🪄 Sanded, stained, topped with a finishing coat, new accent mouldings, new casters and new hardware 🫶
