Coming soon. I figure my first video/dish will pay homage to my gram (with some small twists of my own) who I learned so much from in the kitchen. Roasted leg of lamb, infused with fresh garlic, rosemary, parsley and lemon. Served with a side of lemon and olive oil fingerling potatoes. Such a simple classic recipe that I have to share! ❤️
