This whole pandemic has been a really strange time for all of us. Before we were required to stay in our homes in the spring, my crafting was in full swing. I had even started my own small business, Llama Laubham Design Co. But once the lockdown started, my creative juices were no longer there in the same capacity. Maybe it was that they were redirected to my online teaching since I spent hours and hours in front of the computer creating lessons for my virtual classroom. Or maybe it was all funneled into our home remodel. But whatever the case, finally, after months with my machines and materials silent, I was inspired once again to create, and below is the end result. I needed something to add to the powder room shelf with the snowman, so I created these two word art signs. I just love how they turned out! I’m hoping that I will continue to be inspired to create again!

I finally made it to with my sis-in-law while staying and boy am I glad that I did! The food was delicious, the service was awesome, and the atmosphere was cozy and quaint! My tomato basil soup and crab pretzel were both amazing, and my peppermint mocha was made perfectly! My SIL thoroughly enjoyed her corn chowder and Brie-L-T. I know I’ll definitely be back soon!
