**NEW PROJECT** 🚨🚨
Initial pass on a kitchen for a customer in the Cranberry area. This kitchen is part of a 1st floor and primary bath remodel. Lots of great pieces to this project. Can't wait to share more as we go!

**PROJECT UPDATE***
The garage loft apartment project is moving right along! No Drywall here!! Flooring is in, cabinets are in, light fixtures are in, trim is going up. Getting close to the finish line!

The Chatham Towers condo drawings are complete! Construction begins soon! I loved working on this project. Most of my clients lean more towards the traditional side when it comes projects like this. However, this customer wanted a more contemporary style. It was really fun to experiment and work within a different style.

The garage apartment project is coming along nicely! Front deck is complete. Rough electrical and plumbing is buttoned up. Spray foam insulation is complete. Ready to start the finish work here soon!
