Try blending up this Tropical Mango Smoothie the next time you need to up your kiddo’s veggie intake without a battle:
½ cup (125 mL) coconut milk
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
1 small carrot, sliced
1 cup (250 mL) diced mango
1 cup (250 mL) diced pineapple
½ cup (125 mL) ice
