Spent some time today at Hydrologic in Tarpon Springs for an ASID event with House of Rohl—focused on custom shower systems.
Afterward, I walked the showroom and stopped at this pairing.
A Native Trails concrete farmhouse sink with a Newport Brass faucet in a warm, brown-toned finish.
This is where things get interesting.
Everyone defaults to chrome, polished nickel, or matte black. Safe. Predictable.
But these deeper, warmer finishes—aged brass, antique bronze, and toned golds—bring weight and character. They feel intentional and collected. Less “builder,” more “designed.”
Paired with the concrete sink, it works. The tones sit together instead of fighting each other. Nothing feels cold.
This is the kind of combination that doesn’t scream for attention—but holds it. It certainly held mine!

After more than 20 years in residential design, I’ve launched Cabinet Design & Supply LLC, focused exclusively on professional cabinet design and sourcing.

I work with contractors, designers, and homeowners to develop precise cabinet layouts, specifications, and product selections that ensure projects function properly and install as intended.

This allows me to provide deeper expertise and access to a wider range of cabinet solutions, from cost-effective lines to fully custom cabinetry.

Thank you to the clients, contractors, and colleagues who have trusted me over the years. I look forward to continuing to support great projects here in Florida and beyond.

As an interior designer, my job is to listen closely to my clients and really understand how they *live*—their routines, passions, and how they want to spend time together. This first-floor remodel was a perfect example of that process in action.

For a family with three daughters and a husband who loves to cook, a giant island was a *must*. We reimagined the space in this traditional center hall colonial by annexing a rarely used dining room into the kitchen. This gave us the space we needed to add an oversized island with seating for 7! Now there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather, cook, and entertain. 🍷

To maximize functionality, we also added a *walk-in pantry* and an entertainment area that flows seamlessly to the deck, perfect for indoor/outdoor living. For ease while cooking, we incorporated dual refrigerator drawers—so everything the cook needs is always at arm's reach. And because my client *loves* soapstone, we gave her exactly what she wanted with these beautiful, durable countertops that are both practical and stunning.

This project is all about creating spaces that fit *how* you live, not just how they look. From family gatherings to impromptu dinner parties, it’s about making sure your home is as functional as it is beautiful.

Here’s a sneak peek at a mood board for a kitchen refresh in Franklin Park! We focused on keeping the existing cabinets and upgrading the look with new fronts, countertops, backsplash, and lighting. It’s a great way to transform a space without a full reno.

As a designer, there’s nothing more fulfilling than creating a space that reflects the heart of a family. This first-floor remodel in Franklin Park was all about personalization, functionality, and warmth.

For this family, cooking is more than just a routine—it’s a passion. We opened up the kitchen to flow seamlessly into the family room, creating an airy, connected space perfect for both everyday meals and weekend gatherings. A larger island now offers ample space for meal prep and dining, and the massive refrigerator and freezer columns ensure they’ll never run out of room for their ingredients! The custom copper range hood adds a beautiful, artisanal touch, while the hand-crafted stained glass window—designed to commemorate one of the family’s national park adventures—adds a layer of personal history that will be cherished for years.

Every element, from the textural finishes to the open floor plan, was thoughtfully chosen to foster warmth, creativity, and connection. Because in the end, a home should feel like yours.
