🇨🇦 Happy Canada Day! 🇨🇦
Did you know our barn is originally from London, Ontario?
We love celebrating its Canadian roots, which is why you’ll find little pieces of Canada woven throughout our home and décor. Before it became our mountain home in Pennsylvania, we had the opportunity to visit the barn while it was still standing in Canada. It was then carefully disassembled, transported across the border, and lovingly reassembled on our Pennsylvania mountaintop—where it began its second life as our home. It’s a story we never get tired of sharing, and today feels like the perfect day to celebrate the heritage that makes our barn so special. Happy Canada Day from our Canadian barn to all of our Canadian friends! ❤️🍁 And if you made it this far, why yes that is a dog jail/built in dog cage in the first photo!

Barn quilt dedication this Saturday as part of the National Road Festival in Grantsville, Maryland. 1pm at the Senior Center with a quilt show and music afterwards. Lots of events and things going on in town.
