Mindset doesn’t fix what’s happening, but it decides how I move through it.
My ongoing struggles with my autoimmune life, has tested me more than almost anything else this year. Some days the mindset holds. Some days it doesn’t. Both are allowed.
What I keep choosing, over and over, is to not let a hard season convince me my whole life is hard.
