Sharing some before and afters of a bathroom/utility remodel we did a few years ago. I just realized I never shared to project. A full bath and mudroom closet were converted into a half bath and a utility room. The former utility room was in a kitchen closet and this bathtub/shower was never used so the transition made sense and added value to this early 80’s home! We had the best GC and plumber on this job, wish I had their expertise all the time!!!

Some before and afters of some Reno/remodels done in this Plano home. A three car garage was partially converted to a utility flex room, enlarged half bath upon entry, utility room conversion to a mudroom, living room makeover including paint, flooring, lowering the fireplace hearth, new fan and lighting, refinished and painted ceilings, removal of a fur down at the entry. Picking the right paint colors may seem like an easy task but can actually be so difficult with so many shades and tints to choose from. Matching existing moldings and getting the colors just right for every wall during all times of the day takes an eye for detail and careful consideration!
This client contacted me overwhelmed with the color choices on the right. Gratefully, on the left, I was able to help her with just the right shade of white before baby comes 🤗
