Thank you for National Electrical Contractors Association - NECA for spotlighting our President/CEO Collin Weiner on 2025’s year’s NECA Innovator of the Year Award.
CalEnergy appreciated the recognition last year, and we’re looking forward to seeing the contractors who step up in 2026. There’s a lot of solid work happening across NECA right now, and this award is a good way to highlight people who are actually moving the needle in practical, meaningful ways.
Innovation doesn’t just move our industry forward; it defines its future. Every year at the MEP Innovation Conference, the NECA Innovator of the Year Award honors a NECA member contractor who’s pushing boundaries and elevating our entire community.
Last year’s winner, Collin Weiner, President of CalEnergy Corporation, set the bar high with his forward-thinking business practices, deep community involvement, and willingness to share his expertise as a featured speaker at industry events.
