Black Cherry Prosecco Float 🍒

* 1-2 scoops black cherry ice cream or cherry sorbet
* Brut or Extra Dry Prosecco to top
* Optional: ½ oz Luxardo or cherry brandy
* Garnish: fresh black cherry, mint sprig, or dark cherry syrup

Scoop, pour slowly, garnish, grab a spoon and enjoy! 🥂

Wish You Were Here! 🧳 From Pike's Peak to Paris, we have quite the souvenir collection at the booth right now. Atlanta, Niagara Falls, West Virginia, Alaska, St. Louis, Pikes Peak, a 1960s Pillivuyt ashtray from Le Pré Catelan in Paris, and a dish from Portland's own Waddle's. Origin Story ⚜️ Meet this vintage Pillivuyt dish from Le Pré Catelan, a three Michelin star restaurant in Paris with a story that goes back to the court of Louis XIV. The grounds were originally royal hunting grounds, named after the king’s Captain of the Hunt. Today it’s one of the most celebrated restaurants in Paris, housed in a beautiful Napoleon III lodge in the Bois de Boulogne. The watercolor sketch shows the pavilion peeking through the greenery of the park, and the mid-century serif typography, along with the seven digit phone number dates this piece to the mid-to-late 1960s. It was used as an ashtray, a vide-poche, or a bill tray at the end of a luxury meal. Just a little piece of Parisian history, available right here at our booth at Antique Alley!
