For sale is a unique pair of heavy-duty shop stools with a great backstory. These are authentic vintage pieces, stamped with a production date of November 7, 1997.
Unlike modern replicas made of thin tubing, these were built with thick, high-quality chrome and heavy-duty steel swivels that still spin as smoothly as the day they were made.
Restoration Details:
• The Save: Salvaged and stripped of their original, weathered Kawasaki vinyl covers.
• The Look: Refinished with a custom "Harley-Davidson" aesthetic. I went with a matte black base and a hand-distressed gold patina to give them that classic, "lived-in" garage vibe.
• The Seats: One round stool and one square-top stool, creating a cool, mismatched industrial set.
• Condition: The chrome frames are solid with minimal pitting for their age, and all floor protectors are intact.
