I’m trying to shift away from traditional American breakfasts and would love to learn how people in different cultures eat in the morning.
What are some savory or soup-based breakfasts you grew up with or still love? Recipes or names of dishes are welcome and wanted!

Making crockpot apple butter for the first time! I messed up recording several times so there are some steps missing on camera I'm a work in
progress when it comes to making videos

Garden update
(July 17th) I've got 10 fruited tomatoes!!! I
can't wait to pick these bad boys 😭😂
all this rain we've been having I haven't had to water it in a while but l did give them a little calcium this morning with some expired milk. The snap peas are also growing fast and almost all the bush beans I planted for a fall harvest have sprouted and growing well. Peppers still not flowering.
Onions, carrots, and dill also growing well. I just recently learned you want a little white of the onion sticking out of the ground or else the bulbs won't grow much.

(July 7th) We harvested some beans today. I'd read that you should harvest when they get 3-4 inches long. I waited another week before letting my boys pick them but my impatience won lol I also pulled some marigolds from my garden I planted way too many in place of the marigolds and the cabbage that got ate by a cabbage worm I planted more beans!
I planted purple ones too! snap peas are doing great and growing fast and I found three new fruits on my tomatoes! I'm so excited I can't wait until I can pick those for some yummy fried green tomatoes
I've got lots of dill growing around
my carrots as well and some onions in there.

Building our little garden bed and adding the soil! I spent about $75 all together on the supplies from Lowe’s and the garden soil from Walmart!
