🧀Baby friendly cheesecakes

Ingredients:
-Plain yogurt (whole milk)
-Ricotta cheese
-Egg
-Flour
-Fruit choices

✨Let's start:
-Mix everything until smooth (1cup of yogurt, 1cup of cheese, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 egg)
-Pour into small molds
-Add your baby favorite fruits on top
-Bake at 325–350°F for 12–15 mins until set
-Let cool completely before serving

🍚Quinoa sweet potato & broccoli bites

Ingredients:
-Quinoa
-Sweet Potato
-Broccoli
-Egg
-Flour
-Avocado oil (optional)

✨Let's start:

-Steam or boil the sweet potato and broccoli until very soft
-Mash them together (leave a little texture if your baby likes it)
-Add cooked quinoa and mix well
-Add egg, flour, avocado oil (optinal) mix until it forms a soft, scoopable mixture
-Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and add a little oil
-Scoop small portions into the pan (baby size)
-Gently flatten with a spoon
-Cook 2–3 minutes each side until lightly golden

Ingredients:
-Apple
-Sweet potato
-Mozzarella cheese
-Flour
-Egg
-Avocado oil
-Cinnamon (optional)
-Sesame seeds (optional)

✨Let's start:
-Dice the apple into small cubes
-Steam or boil the sweet potato and apple until soft
-Mash sweet potato then add egg, flour, apple, mozzarella cheese, avocado oil and cinnamon (optional) then mix until it forms a soft batter
-Lightly brush foil or parchment paper with oil
-Scoop small portions and place them in the air fry
-Sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional)
-Bake at 350F for 8-10mins or till lightly golden

✨Let's start:
🥫Tomato sauce:
-Chop onion and remove the seeds from tomato then blend smooth
-Pour into a pan, cook 2-3mins till slightly thick
🍕Crust:
-Mash steamed sweet potato
-Add flour and knead till soft (add little flour if sticky)
-Drizzle oil over baking pan
-Add balls of dough and spread into circle
-Spread sauce and add cheese on top
-Air fry 350F for 10mins
