Homemade Ice Cream inspired by unique ideas and people. Using the Cuisinart Ice 30 Ice Cream maker I'll show you how to make your own ice cream in minutes!

Inspired by NBC's Parks & Recreation character Ron Swanson, Be Ice Cream or be Nothing was created for one reason and that is to make very good ice cream. Ice Cream has always been important to me. Growing up in Queensbury, NY there was never a shortage local Ice Cream shoppes. From Stewart's to Martha's Dandee Creme to Hillbilly Fun Park I have such a fondness for memories that were created with

friends and family while getting down on some Fireworks Ice Cream or Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Had a good game? Let's get some ice cream! Going to the lake? Got your heart broken? Let's definitely go get some ice cream! Using my Cuisinart Ice-30BC I'll show you how simple it is to make incredible ice cream. No matter where we are, we’re gonna celebrate National Ice Cream Day! 🍦

We’re out in Lake Geneva, WI and today we actually celebrated twice. We stopped by Gordy’s Surf Shack and grabbed some goodies lake side. Tonight after dinner, we stopped by Meggy Moo’s, a place I’ve wanted to try for years! I dipped my vanilla/chocolate twist in some sprinkles and we ate our ice cream in the yard next to the shop. Meggy Moo’s reminded me of some of my favorite places in Upstate NY so if you’re ever in the area, you’ve got to stop by 🍦

A perfect Friday night with ! 🍦

We stopped by for their First Friday event in Berkeley and you know we had to get some ice cream 😁

I picked up their Horchata ice cream and y’all… 😍 The flavor and texture were insane!

The girls picked up their Mango Sorbet and ate every bite 🥭

The perfect cinco de mayo with our friend Stephanie at ! I can’t wait to get back to Oakland to try the rest of their flavors!

🍦What a ride, friends. For 8 years y’all have been by my side, literally through my journey to becoming a dad, our small business partnership with Journey, our appearance on Ellen’s Game of Games, and our first book. Every day, I have been overwhelmed with your support and joy you’ve shown our family.

I wanted to take this time to say thank you. You’ve all helped make my dreams come true and for that, I’m beyond grateful.

Ultimately, you’ll still be able to support me because I’ve been working on new merch, upgrading the website, new recipes, and new videos! What a ride it’s been, and it’s about to get a whole lot nicer!
