My crafting has been on the back burner for the last few weeks. Been dealing with nausea, fatigue and all the mommy symptoms! Today I finally got to see my baby for the first time!!

Time so start cranking out some baby stuff!!

It’s supposed to be a spiral heart granny square. 🧶 I like the color combo ( I didn’t even realize it’s totally Gryffindor colors when I put them together, Harry Potter nerd 🤓) IF I were to continue with the granny square what color should the borders be? OR should I just do a regular spiral granny square? 🤔💭 decisions, decisions!

🌸✨ African Flower Granny Squares — because my walls needed something handmade and happy! ✨🌸
Y’all, I am OBSESSED with how these turned out! 🌼 I’ve been working on these African flower granny squares and I just can’t stop making them — each one is like its own little garden. 🌿
The colors in this set are giving me all the cottagecore, vintage botanical vibes — mustard yellow, sage green, dusty rose, silver and cream, all rotating through so every square is unique but they all belong together. No two are exactly alike and that’s my favorite part! 💛💚🩵🤍
These beauties are going up as wall hangings in my home and I genuinely think crocheted art doesn’t get enough credit as actual wall décor. Fiber art IS art, period! 🖼️🧶
Now the real question — do I keep making more to fill the whole wall, or do I stop here? 👀 (We all know the answer.)
