Found this silver platter while thrifting and immediately knew I wanted to paint on it.

Yall would not believe the amount of time it takes to type and then print and cut and fold almost 100 pieces of paper.
But regardless! I did it! A couple days late because I didn’t realize how busy this weekend was. And we have a WINNER. 🤍

So. I apparently picked an awful couple days for me to finish up the give away - it’s coming! Between highschool band/events with the kid and my wedding today I don’t have time. But I’ll do it and announce tomorrow!
In the meantime, here’s Arty sunning himself where I like to paint the most.

A) slowly upload photos of art work with prices
or B) Do a big all at once drop?

Sometimes when a piece is super big (this one is 30x40 inches), I have a hard time finding the motivation to finish it. I think I just get lost in the daunting task of drawing ALL. THOSE. DETAILS.

But slow and steady wins the race, right? The closer I get to the end, the more excited I get seeing it all come together.
