Please read, new rule on pennants. I will announce when i'm cutting pennants. You have until the day before to change your mind on your pick. There is no changes the day of. This unfortunately has happened multiple times and costs me more money Pennants are very niche group. I will most likely stop doing them as a drop but at request only
