Another candle holder and clock I just finished! The clock is on an angled round slab cutout from a tree. Almost looks like the wedge you would cut out if you’re cutting down a tree.

I got a little creative with this lamp. I used a naturally hollow piece of driftwood for the top piece. I decided to make the top removable in order to change the light bulb if needed. To do this, I inserted magnets in the top and base. It holds together fairly well and can be picked up by the top as long as you dont shake it around. The light it gives off is nothing compared to a regular lamp but this is more of a decorative piece. It has the smaller E 12 light bulb socket with an on off switch on the cord and takes C7 bulbs. I had to find special bulbs that would fit in the hole of the top piece, and that whats bright enough, so one extra will be included.

Going back a few months when we spent the day in Dunkirk collecting driftwood. This was the second time we went and ended up spending around a total of 12 hours from both trips collecting wood. The hardest part was sorting through all the piles on the beach to find the smallest pieces. But in the end, it was all worth it because we wnded up with a good haul!
