I want to thank everyone that came out to Pioneer Village on Saturday July 11 for the fifth annual Fire Up the Forge Event. It was such a great day and a great turn out. There was over 16 UMBA members that helped 75 people make a hook. I saw so many smiling faces holding their hooks. Thanks again to all the blacksmiths that came out.

New this year was a local vendor art fair. It was such a great addition the event. Looking forward to next year! Mark your calander for second Saturday in July.

My first Copper Class. Definitely different than what i normally do but i loved it. Had a great time with my fellow UMBA friends. Everyone's projects turned out so good! We had an amazing teacher and an amazing host Mike Garrett for the class. Thanks Becky and Julio Gonzalez for taking such good care of all of us. Food was great!
