✨🎉💜🌄New Mountain Collection🌄💜🎉✨
This mountain collection is special because it is the start of a new chapter!!! For this chapter of my business, I am exploring new clay options!! While I love porcelain and will always use it in my work, I’m looking into new clays for a few reasons. The main one is price, as clay costs keep rising so does the price of my work. A lot of people just say it is what it is but I truly can’t sit with that. I don’t want people to have to make hard choices in order to afford one of my pieces, that was never the goal. I don’t want my pieces to break your bank account, I want them to break your sadness! The stress!! The pain!! The chaos that lives around us!! When you see or use my work, I want it to fill you with joy and hope. Most importantly though, I want it to be your reminder to keep going! The hardest things in life will always bring you to your next best season even if it feels impossible. Starting a pottery business felt impossible 6 years ago. I had no money, no help, no mentor, no business degree or any real ceramics skills when I first started!! However, little by little and mistake after mistake, I learned how to turn a ball of mud into a work of art that I am so damn proud of. All this to say, I’m testing out new clay options so my shop can offer full range prices, so EVERYONE can know this love. That is my goal. Much love y’all!!
