We had some family here over the weekend and Saturday night I made steak tips. Sunday I used those steak tips to make a good old steak and eggs. I absolutely love being able to reuse leftover, especially steak.

Saturday night dinner - whole chicken, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, and some Italian bread. Relatively easy, relatively budget friendly, and the chicken comes out so juicy! Perfect for chicken leftovers and can make chicken salad with it if you want to ❤️👌

You don’t need a ton of money… or a ton of time… to make something that tastes REALLY good. This was made but stuff that is cheep and you might already have all of it in your home!

Some of the best meals come from random ingredients, last-minute ideas, and just going for it 🤷‍♀️
