Looking for a refreshing twist on your salad? Try this Mango and Veggie Delight!
# # Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
