Printed canvases have come a long way, and StitchPerfect printing deserves a lot of the credit.

No paint bleeding through to the back, no threads catching on thick paint, no guessing. The colors come out crisp and the whole process feels smoother from start to finish. It’s no wonder so many stitchers and designers are making the switch.

Hand painted canvases still have their magic, especially those really rich, saturated colors. But the gap in quality between the two has genuinely closed.

Both the blue and teal versions are available now, 6x9” on 13 mesh.

Medusa originated in Greek mythology as one of three gorgons, creatures depicted as winged human-like women with snakes in place of hair. Those who gazed into her eyes were turned to stone. Her story holds tragedy, loss, and violence, and her fierce visage combined with lethal power embodies the archetype of female rage.

Her image has become a symbol of strength and survival.

Medusa is for anyone who resonates with her. Mythology lovers, history buffs, or anyone who finds something of themselves in the strength of her story.

For a long time I thought I needed to figure out what people wanted before I started designing. But the more I chased that, the more I realized no one actually knows what they want until they see it.

So I stopped trying to predict it. Now I just follow the ideas that feel genuinely important or exciting or funny to me, and trust that if it resonates with me deeply enough, it will resonate with someone else too.

I keep seeing comments that say “oh where is this, I want to go!” The only way to be here in person is to own a needlepoint business or work for a needlepoint business. The trade shows are to the trade only, and a chance for shops to buy for their stores for the upcoming year! Next time you visit your LNS they will be freshly stocked with fun new designs for you to check out in their stores!

Answering your market questions - how do we get things on the walls??? Answer for us - gorilla putty! It’s such a great product and I swear by it for mounting canvases at home and at trade shows!

A reminder that this show is wholesale, to the trade only, and not open to the general public. Your LNSs will be bringing home a bunch of goodies from this show, so be on the lookout!

A bit more from market! I get a lot of comments saying how strange seeming this layout is for our trade show, but I truly LOVE how this market functions! It’s like a needlepoint mall just for one weekend, with every designer and shop in the industry getting together to shop and share! Reminder that this show is a private, to the trade event and not open to the public. You’ll be able to see what your shops have purchased when they return home with alllllll sorts of new goodies!!
