Planning:

Here's some pics of my sketchbook. This is how I plan my next paintings. The sketches aren't always the prettiest, but they help me see the final result before I start painting. I either sketch with a pencil or with some colored markers, depending on the piece. Right now, I'm practicing drawing flowers for my spring collection. I find drawing flowers is a lot easier than painting them, so doing these exercises is a big help!

Also, I want to make more ocean pieces, and that sketch is from a picture I have of a beach in santa cruz ☀️🌊
