I made actual tortilla chips today, lol! I cut up my home-made tortillas into triangles, tossed them in paprika and olive oil, and toasted in the oven. SO good!!!!

I baked brownies again today using freshly-milled flour! This is my top favorite brownie recipe, found in The Joy of Cooking. I just subbed out the all-purpose flour for a 50/50 mix of soft/hard white wheat berries. They taste soooo yummy!! 🥰🍫🌾🥚💖 I don't sift any of the bran out, so this is truly 100% whole wheat. Does this make my brownies count as a health food?! 😉😁

I made cookies for my kiddo with our usual recipe, and subbing in freshly-milled flour (a mix of soft and hard white wheat). They baked beautifully, and tasted wonderful! 😋🍪❤️ The texture was a bit mealy, but not in a bad way, and no one complained, lol, so I'd call this bake a success!
