Zothex installed the hardwood floor in my new house. I highly recommend them. The team was super responsive during the entire process and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. From the beginning, they were fast to respond to my inquiry via Yelp. When Sarkis came to the house to provide an estimate he was very thorough, took detailed measurements by laser, and even did a digital floor plan to scale on a tablet. I had 2 other companies come to give estimates, and the attention to detail from Zothex was head and shoulders above the others and the quote was competitive. The installation started the day after I closed escrow. Despite being short handed on the crew due to the omicron covid surge, they started on time, Sarkis and Jefferson were very communicative about progress, and even stayed and worked late the night before I moved in to make sure the floors would be ready before the movers arrived. They truly handled an otherwise difficult situation with the utmost professionalism and attention to customer service. I love my new floors, and highly recommend Zothex.
