I finally made Autumn Herb Roasted Chicken with Cider Pan Sauce using our 12” Cast Iron Skillet and Bell Pepper Herb Rub and O M G 😋 ! This pan sauce is beyond!!!

I used leftover ground turkey from tacos the day before, threw the ingredients in the skillet, tossed in the oven, stirred a few times and voila! 🤌🏽

Hoisin glazed turkey meatballs (baked on PC stoneware large bar pan), zoodles (stir fried in PC nonstick skillet), and garlic noodles (cooked in PC Quick Cooker). I didn’t realize I only had whole wheat noodles, but they turned out so GOOD! 👏🏽👏🏽

One thing I’m NOT going to do during a heatwave is turn on an oven, stove or grill! 🥵 Threw some chicken in the Quick Cooker for a versatile meal that will last a couple days. ➡️ Did I mention you can get one for 60% off?! 🤩

I used what I had on hand (and realized I’m out of our PC Southwestern seasoning 😕):
Frozen chicken breasts, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, chicken bouillon powder, onion, garlic, bell pepper, chunky salsa, and a couple chipotles in adobo.

Shred this up and we’ll have lettuce cups, burrito bowls, tacos, burritos, salads…🌯🌮🥗
