Dread Alchemy Productions Event Planning and Coordination, specializing in themed parties.

Laura Gonzales, founder of Dread Alchemy Productions, draws her inspiration from over a decade of experience in theatrical production and a lifetime of imagination. As a producer of community theater Laura has helped design, paint, furnish, and dress dozens of "rooms" on a shoestring budget. She is also a well-respected props maker for several community theaters around Sacramento, and also planned

, organized, and crafted all the elements of her own Steampunk/Firefly wedding, including all of the bridal bouquets and bouteniers. In 2014 she planned and executed a red carpet gala for the opening of Resurrection Theatre's world premier of "Frankenstein" by Sacramento's own Jes Gonzales. She has also planned and crafted unique themed dinners and parties for book releases, Game of Thrones premiers, Halloween, and corporate Holidays.
